The hotel's back area is a great attraction, with good Nyama Choma and a sizable meat platter ideal for a group. the location is beautiful and worth a day excursion outside the city. Rooms are basic and clean, with functioning hot water, OK wifi, and pool and hotel grounds well-maintained.

The hotel staff can be overwhelmed, or processes inflexible, leading to slow service and rude waiters.

We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious meals served at this hotel. The fresh food and tasty meats exceeded our expectations. The lush grounds and beautiful swimming pool added to the overall ambiance of the place. We also appreciated the effort put into creating a kids Train, even though it was not physically present.

There were a few drawbacks. The lack of a working TV and absence of a safe in the rooms were also inconvenient.

We had a wonderful experience at this place. The location was perfect, just a short distance away from the main attractions. The room service was excellent, with friendly staff always ready to help. We also took advantage of the car hire service provided by the hotel, which made it really convenient for us to explore the surrounding area. The housekeeping was impeccable, and our room was always kept clean and tidy. We were also impressed with the range of amenities offered, such as the laundry service and the on-site shops. our stay was extremely comfortable and we felt pampered throughout.
